Orders usually ship within 1-2 days of placing the order. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the address we will provide you for a refund or exchange within 120 dayss of receiving your order. To make a request, send an email to azorz.shop@gmail.com


You are responsible for the shipping costs. Any items originally included with your purchase must also be returned. You must provide a valid tracking number for your return in order for us to issue a refund. Upon receipt of the return and inspection of the product, we will issue your approved refund to the original payment method.

1. Charge the DeviceBefore using RevitalEyes for the first time, charge the device. The indicator light will turn green when fully charged. Ensure the device is not in use while charging.

2. Prepare Your SkinCleanse your face thoroughly. Apply a conductive gel or water based serum to the under-eye
area to prepare your skin for optimal light and microcurrent absorption. The more serum there is, the stronger the microcurrent conducts.

3. Power OnPress and hold the power button for 1 second to turn the device on.

4. Select ModePress the mode button to select your preferred mode:

Mode 1:Red Light Therapy (RLT) with Continuous Output (1kHz) – the indicator light will stay on.

Mode 2:RLT with Gradient Output (60Hz to 1kHz) – the indicator light will flash.

5. Adjust IntensityPress the intensity button to toggle between the three levels of microcurrent intensity:

Low Intensity (12mA): Suitable for sensitive skin or beginners.

Medium Intensity (15mA): Ideal for reducing wrinkles and puffiness while improving overall skin health.

High Intensity (18mA): Provides intense treatment for firming and rejuvenating the under-eye area, reducing deep wrinkles.

6. Treatment ApplicationGently move the device over the under-eye area, ensuring full coverage. For best results, use the device consistently as part of your daily skincare
routine.

Within the first couple weeks, most users notice diminished dark circles, reduced puffiness & bags and an overall more glowing complexion.

We ship our products to most countries worldwide. Although we aim to deliver goods within the timeframe we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays. We rely on third-party shipping companies, and as such, we are not responsible for out-of-pocket costs or other losses caused by delayed shipments.


Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Shipping time is displayed on the checkout page and varies based on region and weight. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, as they are collected directly by the courier.


If you would like to receive your order sooner, you can upgrade your shipping for an additional fee. Please note that unexpected delays such as customs clearance, weather, labor strikes, or holiday congestion may still occur. Shipping upgrade fees are non-refundable.
We are not liable for customs delays, courier errors, strikes, natural events, or any additional charges such as customs fees. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

If your package is not delivered and the tracking shows incomplete or failed delivery, we will resolve it by reshipping the order.


IMPORTANT:
We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information. No refunds will be provided for packages returned to sender.
If you realize you made a mistake in the shipping address, contact us immediately at azorz.shop@gmail.com. If your order has already shipped, a reshipment fee will apply.

Day Standard Return Guarantee
We stand by the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase from AZORZ, you may request a return within 120 days of the delivery date.


Here's how it works:
Step 1: Request a Return
Email us at azorz.shop@gmail.com. This is required to initiate your return.
Step 2: Provide Documentation
You must submit daily video evidence (minimum 5 minutes each) for 30 consecutive days, showing that the product was used as instructed. Videos must fall within the 120-day window.


Step 3: Consistent Use Required
Videos must show proper, daily use of the product, including any required oil-free gel/serum.


Step 4: No Visible Results
If there is no visible improvement in dark circles or under-eye puffiness after 30 days of documented use, you may qualify for a full refund.


Step 5: Returning the Product
If approved, you are responsible for return shipping and must include all original items. Provide a valid tracking number to us via email.


Step 6: Refund Processing
Upon receiving and reviewing the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Note:
Returns must be shipped (not necessarily received) within the 120-day window. Claims outside this period are not eligible.

Damaged Product Policy
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a free replacement within 120 days of delivery.


Requirements:
Email azorz.shop@gmail.com with photo/video proof of the damage.
Damage caused by user error, water, dropping, or misuse is not covered.


Refunds are not available for damaged items.
Replacements cannot be processed after the 120-day period.

Lifetime Warranty Policy
If you purchased the Lifetime Warranty, you're eligible for free replacements due to manufacturer defects, malfunctions, or product failure.


Terms:
Evidence (photo/video) is required; product return is not.


Warranty applies only to the original order and must be purchased at checkout.


Warranty does not expire and can be used multiple times for covered items.

Same-Day Processing & Shipping Protection
Customers who purchase this upgrade are guaranteed that their order will be shipped within 24 hours of order placement (excluding weekends/holidays). This applies to processing time only, not delivery time.


Includes:
Complimentary reshipment if a package is lost in transit or returned due to carrier error.
This policy does not cover packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Reshipping fees will apply in such cases.
This upgrade is non-refundable.
